Mehad Loaay

Mehad Loaay is an experienced professional in human resources and organizational development, currently serving as Group OD Senior Specialist at Elsewedy Electric since April 2022, previously holding roles as Group OD Specialist and HR Business Partner for Commercial International. Prior experience includes serving as People and Performance Specialist at Mavinz and HR Intern earlier at the same company, along with leadership and coordination roles at Youth Leaders Foundation and UN Women. Additionally, Mehad has undertaken various internships in finance and accounting at South Valley Petroleum Holding Company, Trident Petroleum Company, and New Horizon Association for Social Development. Mehad holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Business/Management from the Faculty of Commerce, English section, obtained in 2020.
