Nourhan Essam

Nourhan Essam is an experienced Senior Environmental Engineer currently working at ELSEWEDY ELECTRIC since October 2023. Previously, Nourhan served as a Senior Environmental Engineer for the National Solid Waste Management Program from January 2019 to October 2023, managing national projects to enhance solid waste management systems across Egypt. Prior roles include serving as an External Auditor at the Egyptian Environmental Affairs Agency, where Nourhan assessed environmental conditions in the Greater Cairo Area, and participating in various student trainee positions at Cairo Oil Refining Company, Evergrow, and the Egyptian Petrochemicals Holding Company. Nourhan holds a Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering from Cairo University and Universidad de Valladolid, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from Cairo University.
