Wayne Elsey is a seasoned entrepreneur and strategist with extensive experience in the footwear industry. As the Founder and Chief Strategist at Elsey Enterprises since 2006, Wayne has led a team proficient in remote collaboration and digital solutions. Wayne also founded Sneakers4Good in 2018, aiming to repurpose sneakers to help those in need, addressing the global issue of footwear scarcity. In 2013, Wayne established Funds2Orgs, a leader in shoe drive fundraising that supports various initiatives, including environmental sustainability and aid for micro-entrepreneurs. Previously, Wayne founded Soles4Souls in response to the 2004 Indian Ocean tsunami, focusing on providing shoes to those in need.
