Hans Hermann

Hans Hermann is an experienced educator currently serving as a 4th Grade Teacher at Elsie Whitlow Stokes Community Freedom Public Charter School since August 2021. Previous roles include Resident Teacher at DC Bilingual Public Charter School and Independent Consultant, focusing on organizational support in developing science of learning portfolios. Prior to teaching, Hans held various policy and research positions at organizations such as the Alliance for Excellent Education and the Learning Policy Institute, where responsibilities included analyzing policies and conducting research. Notable accomplishments include managing volunteer programs across 10 countries with AIESEC, achieving substantial growth in partnership revenue, and conducting research on numerical cognition at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, where a Bachelor's Degree in Learning Sciences was obtained.
