Ece Polat

Ece Polat is a proficient Human Resources Specialist at Elsis Elektronik Sistemler Sanayi since May 2023, with a diverse background in psychology and human resources. Previous experience includes a role as a volunteer intern at Terapal Psikoloji and as a Local Coordinator and Vice MR of Turkey for the EFPSA Mind The Mind Campaign. Ece Polat has also interned in various capacities, including at Ankara Şehir Hastanesi and the Şizofreni Dernekleri Federasyonu. Leadership roles were undertaken at TOBB ETÜ Psikolojik Bakış Topluluğu and within the Turkish Psychology Students Working Group. Ece Polat holds a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from TOBB Ekonomi ve Teknoloji Üniversitesi.
