Kate Rose Siemiatycki

Kate Rose Siemiatycki is a lawyer currently employed at Elson Advocacy since July 2024. Previously, Kate served as a Criminal Duty Counsel at Legal Aid Ontario from April 2021 to June 2024 and worked as Counsel for the Justice Centres Initiative at the Ministry of the Attorney General from October 2019 to April 2021. Kate's experience includes an associate position specializing in Civil Sexual Assault and Indigenous Rights at Rochon Genova LLP and serving as Counsel for the Community Justice Centre Initiative at the Ontario Ministry of the Attorney General. Kate also completed an articling position at the Crown Law Office Criminal and gained early legal experience as a Criminal Law Student and Legal Caseworker. Educational qualifications include a Doctor of Law (JD) from York University - Osgoode Hall Law School and a Bachelor of Arts in Contemporary Studies from the University of King's College.
