ELSOPHI Global Development is a global not-for profit organisation with 14+ years of community transformation programming. We work at the intersection of education, health, and economic empowerment addressing the root causes of poverty and exclusion in the hardest-to-reach communities.

Our Impact
✦ 25,000+ children supported in education and health
✦ 500+ women empowered through enterprise and financial inclusion
✦ 50+ communities reached across Kogi State
✦ 14+ years of uninterrupted community programming

What We Do
ELSOPHI delivers integrated programming through three pillars:
▸ School Access Project (SAP): Getting children into school and ensuring they learn while they are there, through teacher coaching, community volunteer mentorship, and the Teaching at the Right Level (TaRL) methodology.
▸ Health Access Project (HAP): Bringing essential health services to underserved communities through a community-built Primary Healthcare Centre, community health worker support, and nine years of quarterly inclusive eye health outreaches.
▸ Financial Empowerment Project (FEP): Building sustainable livelihoods through business startup grants, vocational training, agricultural support, and our flagship PRIME-Dev poverty graduation model: a technology-enabled innovation bridging the digital and financial inclusion gap for women entrepreneurs in Nigeria.
