Mariusz Boguslawski

Mariusz Boguslawski is an accomplished General Manager at ELSTEEL since February 2018, leading the company’s operations in Poland and focusing on B2B and B2C production solutions. With expertise in team development, process management, and cost optimization, Mariusz has successfully implemented Lean Manufacturing principles and established KPIs aligned with strategic targets. Prior to this role, Mariusz served as Interim General Plant Manager at EMBE Business Consulting, overseeing a production plant specializing in packaging solutions, and as Operations Director at DS Smith, managing full packaging operations for various industries. Mariusz began a career in production management at Philips Lighting, where significant operational improvements and relocations were executed. Mariusz holds a Master's degree in Management from Poznan University of Economics and Business.
