Previously, they served as a Human Factors & Organisational Capability Specialist at Virgin Australia and held various roles, including Senior Consultant and Head of People Advisory at the Australian Psychological Society. Currently, Elly is the Senior Partner of People & Culture at Elston while pursuing postgraduate studies in psychology and a Master of Organisational Psychology at Griffith University.
