Thomas Friedlander

Thomas Friedlander is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in military and contractor personnel management. At ELS, Inc. since December 2015, Friedlander serves as a Business Development & Execution Specialist and Technical Instructor, overseeing contractor personnel at the Naval Construction Training Center and related facilities, while also engaging with the Contracting Officer's Representative to resolve personnel and contract issues. As a certified instructor, Friedlander has taught various construction-related disciplines to Navy personnel. Prior to joining ELS, Friedlander served in the U.S. Navy Reserves for over 21 years, retiring as a Senior Chief Petty Officer and acting as a Senior Enlisted Leader, providing guidance to the Officer in Charge.
