Arnaud Martinez

Arnaud Martinez is a seasoned project director with extensive experience in engineering and project management. Currently serving as Directeur de Projet at Elsys Design since April 2019, Arnaud previously held positions at Astek as Responsable d'Agence and Chef de projet senior, where responsibilities included auditing technical consulting teams to enhance quality and profitability for clients such as Orange and Air France. At Thales, from December 2015 to August 2018, Arnaud acted as Responsable des Opérations, focusing on process optimization and operational oversight. Arnaud's earlier role at ALTEN involved managing a team of engineers and transforming subcontracting services. Arnaud began a career in R&D as an Ingénieur at CEA, developing software for laser performance analysis. Arnaud holds an engineering degree from Télécom Saint-Etienne and is pursuing a DUT in Mesure Physiques at IUT d'Aix Marseille.
