Cédric Otto has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles.
At Elsys Design, they worked on a project for Mission Safran Data System, where they ported a FPGA Spartan 6 design to a FPGA Artix 7 and merged various functionalities. Cédric also had a mission with Airbus Group, where they designed and verified a configurable test bench using Ethernet on Artix 7 FPGA and created IP for configurable emission/reception of pulses. Additionally, they worked on a mission with Alstom, where they validated a complete design developed by Alstom according to SIL4 standards.
Prior to Elsys Design, Cédric worked at Viveris as an embedded systems engineer. Cédric worked on projects involving BLE and WiFi connectivity characterization between Raspberry Pi and other devices. Cédric also completed a FPGA internship at Viveris, where they developed communication interfaces and validated FPGA designs.
Cédric also gained international experience as an intern at Nimbus Centre, where they simplified data collection from the SensorTag CC2650 sensor and created a cloud-hosted website and databases. Cédric also had internships at Orlyval Service SA and Siemens S.a.S Lille, where they gained practical experience in electronic maintenance and testing.
Furthermore, Cédric has experience as a kitchen assistant at Mac Donald Co and as a research intern at Laboratoire de l'IEMN, where they worked on measurement and testing of hyperfrequency devices.
Overall, Cédric Otto has a history of working on FPGA design, embedded systems, connectivity characterization, and electronic maintenance in various industries.
Cédric Otto's education history begins in 2009 when they attended Lycée Jean Vilar and obtained their BAC S with a specialization in Physics and Chemistry in 2012. Following this, from 2012 to 2014, they enrolled in IUT Tremblay-en-France and completed their DUT in Industrial Engineering and Maintenance. In 2014, they attended the University of Lille 1 Sciences and Technology and obtained a DUT in Electrical Engineering and Industrial Computing. Finally, from 2015 to 2018, Cédric Otto studied at Polytech Paris-UPMC, where they earned a Diplôme d'ingénieur with a focus on Electronics and Computer Science, specifically Embedded Systems.
