Vitaly Bensman

Vitaly Bensman is an experienced professional in the field of process engineering, currently serving as the Head of Process Engineering Group at Eltek Ltd. since February 2001. In this role, Vitaly focuses on PCB Transfer Imaging Process, Layup and Press Laminating, and materials for PCB. Prior to this, Vitaly worked as a Process Engineer at Eltek Ltd. where responsibilities included photolithography processes and imaging technologies within a clean room environment. Previous positions include Process Engineer at MMAL, specializing in copper and tin/lead plating for PCBs, and a similar role at Kalibr. Vitaly began a career in leadership as a Group Leader at YUSSR from 1995 to 1998. Vitaly holds a Master’s degree in Technology of Electrochemical Production and Applied Chemistry from Belaruski Dzjaršauny Tehnalagièny Universitet, obtained in 1998.
