Juha Luusua

Juha Luusua is the managing director of Country Unit Finland at Eltel Networks. Juha has held various leadership positions at Eltel Networks and other companies over the past 20 years.

Luusua began their career at Eltel Networks in 2001 as the president of Network Services. In 2006, they were promoted to president of Power, where they oversaw the company's turnaround from unprofitability to profitability. Juha was instrumental in establishing the Eltel Way in international project business.

In 2015, Luusua left Eltel Networks to join Loiste as a member of the board of directors. Juha served as the deputy chairman for one year before returning to Eltel Networks in 2018.

After graduating from Seinäjoen lukio, Juha Luusua attended Teknillinen korkeakoulu-Tekniska högskolan, where they earned a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering.
