Richard Steinhart

Richard Steinhart is currently the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) at Eltropy, where they lead revenue growth initiatives for the company’s AI-driven digital communication platform for community financial institutions. They have held various senior sales leadership roles, including Vice President of Sales Strategy and Operations at Imperva and Global Head of Sales at Maxon, where they achieved significant revenue growth and improved operational processes. Richard has also contributed to the success of other technology firms, including PagerDuty, Authentic8, and Lore IO. They are pursuing both a Master’s and a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics at UCLA.
