Mitch's earlier experience includes working as an Order Project Manager and Electrical Coordinator at Electro-Motive Diesel, specializing in product design and project management. They hold a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Iowa and an Executive MBA from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
