James Burnstone

James Burnstone has had a diverse work experience. From 2004 to 2007, they worked as a Sales Assistant at John Lewis, a Waiter at Manchester United, and a Sales Assistant at HeRunsSheRuns - Sweatshop. From 2007 to 2010, they were a Laboratory Demonstrator at The University of Manchester. In 2013, they were a Software Development Engineer at Amadeus IT Group. From 2014 to present, they have been a Research Associate at The University of Manchester and Chief Executive Officer and Chief Technology Officer at Pill Connect. As CTO, they have been the sole technology developer and architect of elucid's prototypes, mobile apps and cloud systems, and now runs a growing tech team that has improved their products and future vision.

James Burnstone attended The University of Manchester from 2007 to 2010, where they obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) in Computer Engineering. James then continued their studies at The University of Manchester from 2010 to 2014, where they earned a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Electrical and Electronics Engineering.
