Sean Moreno

Sean Moreno is a skilled healthcare professional with extensive experience in physical therapy assistance and photography. Currently serving as a PTA/ALF Liaison at Elumina Healthcare since August 2025, Sean has previously worked as a Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant at Rivetus Rehabilitation and a Physical Therapist Assistant at HONOR HOME HEALTH and Five Star Senior Living.
