Ryan Michalek

Ryan Michalek is currently the Chief Operating Officer at Elusys Therapeutics, Inc., having transitioned from NightHawk Biosciences where they held various roles, including Senior Vice President of Operations and Strategic Development and Vice President of Strategic Development. Prior to this, at PPD, they were the Director of Global Project Management for the Early Development Hematology/Oncology Therapeutic Unit. They also have experience in project management in oncology at Pharm-Olam, LLC and Chiltern. Ryan's academic background includes a Ph.D. in Microbiology and Immunology from Wake Forest University School of Medicine.
