Fred Beddard

Fred Beddard is currently the President at ELV Associates, Inc., where Fred manages equity investments and real estate investments across the company's portfolio. Fred also serves as the Capstone Advisor to graduate students in the real estate program at Georgetown University. Previously, Fred held roles as Senior Vice President at Perseus Realty, LLC and Director at PRP Real Estate Investment Management. Fred holds a Master of Science in Real Estate from Georgetown University.
