Alla Kimene

Alla Kimene is an experienced IT Project Manager currently working at ELVA since October 2023 and as a freelancer at the Latvian Society for Organizational Psychology since January 2023. Previous roles include IT Project Manager at Meditec Ltd from March 2022 to October 2023 and Member of the Board at the Association "Gregora nams" from July 2018 to September 2022. At Tet.lv, Alla held dual roles as Offer Manager of Optical Network and Partnerships Manager from September 2016 to January 2022, along with serving as Head of the Association "Gregora nams" from January 2019 to April 2021. Earlier experience includes working as a Fraud Investigator at the State Police of Latvia from 2011 to August 2016 and as an Interviewer at ACNielsen Latvia from 2009 to 2016. Education includes a Master of Business Administration focused on Business Psychology and Human Resource Management from Biznesa augstskola Turība and multiple degrees in Law from Rīga Stradiņš University.
