Ulrike Maichel

Ulrike Maichel currently serves as General Manager at elvah since November 2024. Prior to this role, Ulrike co-founded Circulate, a VC-backed sourcing platform for sustainable packaging, where responsibilities included operational strategy, budget management, and governance structure establishment. Ulrike’s experience also includes positions as Deputy Executive Director at muxmäuschenwild, COO at Little Sun, and roles in partnership management and project leadership at various agencies. Notable achievements include enhancing operational efficiency at Little Sun and securing strategic partnerships. Ulrike's professional foundation was built at Lufthansa Technik AG and Lufthansa, alongside an educational background culminating in a Master’s degree from the University of Hildesheim.
