Richard Kowalczyk has a diverse work experience in various engineering and scientific roles. Richard started their career as a Graduate Student at the University of Michigan in 2001, where they pursued their studies until 2005. From 2005 to 2015, they worked at L-3 Communications, EDD, first as a Senior Research Scientist and later as an Engineering Manager. Following this, they joined SLAC National Accelerator Laboratory as a Physicist-Engineer from October 2016 to the following year. From 2017 to 2020, Richard worked as an Engineer at L3Harris Technologies. Richard then moved on to Multibeam Corporation in 2020 and ViewRay, Inc. in 2021, where they held engineering roles. Currently, they serve as the Chief Technology Officer at Elve, Inc. since 2022.
Richard Kowalczyk's education history begins with their attendance at Novi High School, where they completed their high school education.
