Oxana Hammond (Née Zaraiskaya) has a diverse work experience spanning various companies and roles. Starting in 2008, they worked at the Terrence Higgins Trust as a Sexual Health Adviser & Young Leader. In 2011, they completed a Sales and Marketing Summer Internship at Reed Exhibitions. From 2008 to 2013, they worked at the Royal Academy of Arts as a Retail Sales Team Leader. In 2013, they joined Dyson, where they held multiple positions including Global Product Manager, Senior Marketing Manager (Asia), Head of Brand (Vacuums, Japan), Interim Director of Direct, and Marketing Director. Their last position at Dyson was as a Marketing Director until October 2020. Since October 2020, Hammond has been working at Elvie as the Lead / Head of Product Management in New Categories, and subsequently moved into the role of Scoping & Partnerships Director starting in October 2022.
Oxana Hammond (Née Zaraiskaya) attended Woodhouse College from 2008 to 2010. Oxana then went on to study at The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) from 2010 to 2013, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Managerial Economics and Strategy.
