Tom McCaully

Tom McCaully has served as the CEO of GrayHair Software, Inc. since January 2001, overseeing finance, marketing, and new customer relationships. Additionally, Tom is a member of the board at Elwyn, a nonprofit established in 1852 that supports individuals with diverse challenges, impacting approximately 20,000 children and adults annually across multiple states. Tom previously contributed to the board of directors at Hopeworks 'n Camden from August 2012 to August 2018, where the organization focused on empowering youth. Prior to GrayHair, Tom held the positions of President & CEO at Com-Pak Services from 1997 to 2011 and was also a board member at Albion Engineering Co. from March 2000 to December 2006. Tom's academic background includes studies at Rutgers University - Camden and graduation from Pennsauken High School.
