The Team Leaders at Ely-Bloomenson Community Hospital are responsible for overseeing and coordinating the activities of their respective departments to ensure high-quality patient care and operational efficiency. They collaborate across disciplines, manage staff, and implement strategies to enhance service delivery in areas such as pharmacy, nursing, diagnostic imaging, revenue management, facilities, materials management, laboratory, surgery, marketing, business office, rehabilitation, cardiac rehabilitation, and finance.
