Fabien Gillier is an experienced operations leader with a strong background in manufacturing and engineering. Currently serving as the Group Operations Director at elydan since June 2023, Fabien has previous experience as Operations Director at NEMERA and Global Operations Manager at TE Connectivity, where leadership encompassed multiple manufacturing plants globally. Fabien's tenure at ABB included roles as Product Group Global Manufacturing Manager and Chief Project Manager, overseeing industrial performance across several international factories. Additional experience includes managerial positions at Valeo, Spheros Europa GmbH, and Webasto, with a focus on quality engineering, project management, and team leadership. Fabien holds a Master’s degree in Engineering from Mines Douai.
