Marine Crovella is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience across multiple industries. Currently serving as HR Director at Elyse Energy since March 2024, Marine previously worked as Chief People Officer in a freelance capacity for start-ups and scale-ups in France and internationally through Scale HR - Consulting S.A. from October 2022 to December 2023. Marine has held prominent positions including Vice President of Human Resources at Gojob and Meero, where governance and management of global people teams were key responsibilities.
