Shane Mahoney

Shane Mahoney is a seasoned maintenance management professional with extensive experience in various roles within manufacturing and production environments. Currently serving as the Maintenance Manager at Elysian Brewing Co since May 2022, Shane is responsible for leading the maintenance engineering team, overseeing maintenance KPIs, and executing strategic maintenance plans to ensure equipment reliability and quality standards. Prior to this, Shane worked as the Maintenance Manager at Altium Packaging, where initiatives focused on continuous improvement and operational efficiency were implemented. Shane also has a solid foundation in maintenance supervision and planning from a tenure at Kerry, where roles ranged from Maintenance Supervisor to SAP Project Specialist, contributing to quality improvement and safety initiatives. Shane holds an Associate's degree in Electrical Technology from Perry Technical Institute.
