Brad Rohles has extensive experience in sales, marketing, and project management within the construction and real estate sectors. As Vice President of Sales & Marketing at Elysian Construction from May to November 2023, Brad drove a 20% revenue growth in 2024 through strategic pipeline management and effective go-to-market initiatives. Previously, as National Sales Manager, Brad managed regional teams and laid the groundwork for future department growth. At Turner Construction Company, Brad served as Project Manager, overseeing contract bidding and proposal development for commercial projects. Brad founded The Rohles Group, a boutique real estate consulting firm, and served as a Realtor at Coldwell Banker Realty. Brad holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from Western Michigan University.
