James Bonner

James Bonner is a retired Major General in the United States Army with over 36 years of leadership experience, particularly in countering Weapons of Mass Destruction and terrorism. Throughout their military career, Bonner held key strategic positions, including commanding general of the 20th Chemical, Biological, Radiological, Nuclear, and Explosive Command, and leading efforts in domestic and international operations. Currently, Bonner serves as the President and Chief Strategy Officer for both CORTEK and EMKS, where they focus on strategic planning and organizational growth. Their education includes attendance at the United States Naval War College and the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
