Leah Mecala

Leah Mecala is currently working as Brand Operations Partner at EM Cosmetics since 2018, where Leah is involved in strategic planning, decision-making, and setting long-term goals for the company. Prior to that, Leah worked at BROCARD for 14 years as an Assistant Store Manager, where Leah provided consulting services, implemented sales plans, and maintained store operations. Leah holds a Bachelor of Management and MBA in Business Administration, Management, and Operations from Vinnytsia National Technical University.
