Frank Ngoh

Frank Ngoh has a diverse work experience, starting in 2017 as the General Manager/Secretary at EM Services Pte Ltd. In August 2022, they were promoted to the role of Managing Director. Alongside their role at EM Services, Frank also worked as an Associate Faculty/Course Developer for Smart and Emerging Technologies for Facilities Management at the Singapore University of Social Sciences since January 2021.

Frank Ngoh, CFM, FMP, CFME Tier 1 has an extensive education history. Frank earned an Executive MBA in Business Administration and Management from Nanyang Technological University Singapore in 2021-2022. Frank also completed the Tsinghua-Nanyang Senior Executive Management Program and the Berkeley and Nanyang Advanced Management Program at the same university in 2022. Additionally, they attended Emeritus and studied Innovation of Products and Services: MIT's Approach to Design Thinking in 2022.

Prior to their MBA, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (Hons) in Estate Management and a Master of Science in Project Management from the National University of Singapore.

Frank Ngoh has also achieved several certifications. Frank is an IFMA Qualified Instructor for CFM and FMP, and they hold the Facility Management Professional (FMP) and Certified Facility Manager® (CFM®) designations from IFMA. In 2010, they obtained the WSQ Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment from Workforce Singapore and the Fire Safety Management (FSM) certification from the Singapore Civil Defence Force. In 2003, they completed the Project Management (Evening) Train the Trainer (PMP) program from Boston University - Training Track. Additionally, Frank Ngoh holds the Certified Facility Management Expert (CFME) Tier 1 certification from the Singapore International Facility Management Association (SIFMA).
