Alia Collins

As Director of Corporate Services, Alia is responsible for planning and directing all aspects of EMA’s Finance, Human Resources, and Corporate Information Technology functions. Alia has been with EMA since 2010, rising rapidly in the finance department and then broadening her responsibilities to all of the corporate services in 2020. As a valued member of EMA’s Leadership Team, Alia contributes her financial acumen and commitment to EMA’s employee ownership culture to ensure EMA’s processes and systems are reliable and efficient, and their financial plans and systems support their long-term business strategy. Alia holds a BA in Biology from Carleton College and a BS in Accounting from Globe University. She also leads EMA’s Employee Ownership and 401k Committees.
