Craig E. Yokopenic

Craig has more than 30 years of experience designing and implementing cross-departmental business process improvements, guiding change management programs, and implementing information technology, maintenance management, SCADA and process control systems for municipal clients. As Executive Vice President, Craig leads EMA’s business development and innovation initiatives. Craig balances technical expertise with a senior management perspective. He has an extensive track record of tackling complex challenges and delivering results for water and wastewater utility clients by leading projects from initial concept, through planning and implementation to reach optimized system and department performance. Craig holds a BS in Chemical Engineering from Penn State University.
