Jason Jay

Jason Jay has extensive experience in the water utility sector, currently serving as Principal Consultant at EMA, Inc. since September 2022. Prior to this role, Jason held multiple senior positions at Columbus Water Works, including Vice President of Customer Advocacy, Meter Maintenance, and Water Accountability, as well as Asset & Programs Manager from September 2010 to September 2022. Earlier in Jason's career, experience included Management Consultant at Arcadis and Planning & Scheduling Coordinator at Columbus Water Works. Jason began a professional journey in the United States Marine Corps as a Security Forces/Infantry Rifleman from June 1995 to June 1999. Academic credentials include a Bachelor of Business Administration in Computer Information Systems Management from Columbus State University, and currently, Jason is pursuing further education at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill since March 2014.
