Jon Varner

With more than 25 years of experience in the water sector, Jon’s focus continues to be on helping clients improve water operations through plant automation and the adoption of operational data management and analysis tools (ODMS). Jon has led the implementation of dozens of ODMS systems using EMA’s Enterprise Operations (eOPS) system solution to improve compliance tracking and operational reporting and empower staff by giving them the tools to recognize and achieve performance improvements. Jon has developed long-term relationships with many of EMA clients by helping them develop project approaches that deliver high-value outcomes.
