Cecilia Besa Montes

Cecilia Besa Montes has a diverse work experience spanning executive search firms, consulting, and leadership training. Cecilia began their career as a Gerente de Estudios at Amrop before moving on to roles at Datavoz Statcom and HK Human Capital as a Consultora and Consultora Asociada, respectively. In 2009, they became the Managing Partner at TestaNova, a member of EMA Partners International. Later, they took on the role of Managing Partner at EMA Partners Chile in 2015. In 2017, they became a Partner at FranklinCovey Chile, a global leader in leadership development and strategic execution.

Cecilia Besa Montes obtained a degree in Ingeniero Comercial from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile, with a focus on Administration and General Business Management. In September 2023, they also received a certification in Hogan Assessments from Hogan Assessments.
