Henrik Gustafsson

Henrik Gustafsson is the Managing Partner at EMA Partners Finland, a prominent executive search firm, since 2001. With extensive experience in the industry, Henrik has led initiatives to address senior executive search and talent management needs globally. Prior to this role, Henrik served as CEO of Oy Scribona Ab, specializing in wholesale IT from 1996 to 2000, and as CFO at Oy Sally Ab in the shipping and cruising sector from 1995 to 1996. Henrik’s career began at ABB Asea Skandia, where duties as CFO spanned two decades from 1975 to 1995, focusing on wholesale and electrical equipment.
