Janet Lee

Janet Lee has extensive experience in the executive search industry, with their most recent role as Managing Partner at EMA Partners International since 2019. Janet also served as Managing Partner at Burke Associates from 2005 and worked as a Principal Consultant at Hudson Global from 2003 to 2005. Prior to that, they held the position of Senior Consultant at TMP Worldwide from 2000 to 2003 and worked as a Consultant at Morgan & Banks from 1998 to 2000.

Janet Lee is currently pursuing an Advanced Certificate in Executive Talent from the Industrial and Labor Relations School, Center for Advanced HR Studies at Cornell University. In addition, they have obtained additional certifications in the CareerView™ Career Model and the StyleView™ Decision Style Model from Decision Dynamics AB.
