Rui Guedes de Quinhones

Rui Guedes de Quinhones has a diverse work experience in various industries. Rui is currently the Managing Partner at EMA Partners Portugal, a global executive search and leadership advisory firm. Prior to that, they worked as the Founder and Entrepreneur at The Agency, for storybrands, where they focused on brand storytelling. Rui also founded and led Get The Job - The Marketing Recruitment Company, the first and only marketing recruitment company in Portugal. Additionally, they served as the Country Manager of Adaptel Portugal, a staffing and permanent staff provider for the hospitality industry. Rui has also held roles as an Ambassador at Skillers and as the Founder and CEO of Heading Recursos Humanos, where they managed multiple companies and implemented strategic business plans. Rui was also an Executive Board Member and Shareholder at Grupo Pessoas & Soluções, responsible for managing staffing and recruitment companies, training, and events. Rui's earlier experience includes positions as a General Manager at EGOR, a National Sales and Marketing Manager at GRUPO CRH, and a National Key Account Manager at Levi Strauss & Co.

Rui Guedes de Quinhones pursued a Pós-Graduação degree in Digital Marketing and Social Media from ISEG - Lisbon School of Economics & Management during the period of 2017 to 2018. In addition, Rui has obtained several certifications, including "Learning LinkedIn Sales Navigator" from LinkedIn in 2022, "CTRM" from SmashFly Transform Academy in 2021, and became a member of the Association of Executive Search Consultants (AESC) in 2019.
