Tom Strand

Tom Strand is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in management consulting, tacit knowledge management, and executive search. Currently, Tom serves as the Owner/Chairman of Humentat, which focuses on a Human SmartOps Platform, and as an Expert in Tacit Knowledge Management for a global think-tank. In addition, Tom is a Co-Founder of Humeno, which emphasizes transformative business consulting, and works as an independent management consultant through the Business Talent Group. Tom has held significant roles, including European Executive Search Director at EMA Partners International and has been involved in various consulting initiatives across multiple industries. Educational achievements include a Master’s degree from the University of Oslo and recent studies at MIT Sloan School of Management.
