Rinas Mohammed

Rinas Mohammed is an accomplished professional in quantity surveying and cost management, currently serving as the Director of Quantity Surveying & Cost Management at Emaar, The Economic City since July 2023, focusing on the commercial management of city development initiatives in King Abdullah Economic City. Prior experience includes roles as Lead Cost Manager and Senior Cost Manager at Turner & Townsend from December 2020 to July 2023, overseeing key projects like MiSK School in Riyadh. Earlier career milestones include positions at Currie & Brown as a Contract Administrator/Cost Manager, managing significant projects such as the Madinah Haram Expansion Project, and as a Senior Quantity Surveyor at Faithful+Gould, contributing to the King Abdulaziz International Airport Project. Rinas holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Commercial Management (Quantity Surveying) from London South Bank University and a BTEC HND in Quantity Surveying from the British College of Applied Studies.
