Marwan Ibrahim

Marwan Ibrahim is the Area Hygiene Manager at Armani Hotels & Resorts since November 2010, responsible for overseeing food safety across all EMAAR Hospitality properties. Key responsibilities include harmonizing food safety management systems, certifying properties for HACCP compliance, and conducting training on food hygiene. Prior to this role, Marwan served as a Food Health Officer for Dubai Municipality from August 1994 to November 2007, conducting food safety audits in hotels and ensuring high standards of hygiene. Additionally, Marwan held the position of Hygiene Manager at Emaar Hospitality Group from December 2007 to November 2009, where responsibilities included verifying food hygiene standards and establishing vendor assurance programs. Marwan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Public Health with a focus on Nutrition from Jordan University of Science and Technology.
