Shams Khaled

Shams Khaled has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Shams currently holds the position of Managing Director at 4K Engineering, Defire Bangladesh, and Bangladesh Mechatronics Industries Limited (BMi). In the past, they served as the President of the Center for Internet and Society and as a Director at SUNCROPS LTD. Additionally, they held executive roles at EMACO Global LLC, Banglalion Communications Limited, Nokia Siemens Networks, Siemens, and Italtel Italy. Shams has experience as a Chief Executive Officer, Country Director, CEO of Communications, and Project Engineer/Project Manager, among other positions.

Shams Khaled's education history begins in 1987 when they enrolled at Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology. Shams completed their studies in 1992 and obtained a degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering. Following this, they pursued further education at IBA, Dhaka University from 1995 to 1997, earning a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Finance. In 1997, they attended the Advanced Management Program at Duke University - The Fuqua School of Business, focusing on Business Administration and Management, General.
