Irina Albota

Irina Albota (Hanganu) is an experienced operations project management professional with a robust background in business analysis and Lean Six Sigma methodologies. Since December 2018, Irina has been managing the Operations Project Management Team at eMAG, leading complex projects through all lifecycle phases while ensuring alignment and effective communication across diverse teams. Prior experience at UniCredit Services S.C.p.A. from 2010 to 2018 includes roles as a Business Analyst, LSS Black Belt, and Project Manager, where Irina drove process improvement initiatives, facilitated digitalization projects, and managed various aspects of project execution and quality assurance. Irina holds a Master's degree in Property Valuation and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Management Information Systems from Academia de Studii Economice din București.
