Mihai P. is an experienced data science professional currently serving as the Director of Data Science at eMAG since August 2017, where leadership involves managing a team focused on enhancing online customer experiences through machine learning in areas such as product search, recommendations, and advertising. Prior to this, Mihai held roles at NETOPIA Romania as a Data Scientist, where a report generation system was developed, and at MG Trade Engineering as a Projects and People Manager, overseeing various business operations. Earlier experience includes working as a Software Engineer at uberVU, contributing to the development of a web crawler and technical infrastructure.
