Dexter Peavy

Dexter Peavy has worked in a variety of roles since 1999. Dexter began their career as a Senior Manager at Cap Gemini Ernst & Young, where they specialized in finance business transformation and performance improvement services. In 2003, they joined CFO Advisors, Inc. as Vice President, where they were responsible for operational and sales responsibility for revenue cycle outsourcing engagements. In 2004, they became Principal at WebViews, where they had sales and project management responsibility for WebViews suite of Borderless Business services on demand. In 2006, they took on the role of Chief Financial Officer at Dermatologic Cosmetic Labs, leading the company's daily finance, accounting, IT, Regulatory and HR activities. Dexter then joined The Highland Group as a Consultant in 2008, where they were responsible for the identification, design and implementation of best practices to improve working capital for a $1+ billion media company. In 2009, they became a Consultant at Hitachi Consulting, where they were a Project Leader responsible for the analysis, process and organizational design and implementation of a credit and collections shared service center for a $20 billion, 62 division, food service company. In 2013, they joined DXC Technology as an Associate Partner, Finance Transformation Practice, Global Business Solutions, where they were a Contract-to-Cash SME and Project Manager for the business requirements and process definition, master data, data cleansing, security, organizational design, training, integration and UAT testing phases for a $13 billion Information Technology Services providers SAP ECC 6 implementation. In 2018, they began working at SolomonEdwards as a Business Process Management Consultant, where they were a Project Leader and SME for an Accounts Receivable and Dispute Management improvement program for a global radiation detection and monitoring company. In 2020, they joined Emagia as Director of Order to Cash Transformation. Additionally, they have been President at Saint Nicholas Russian Orthodox Church since 2015, managing interior iconography and exterior restoration of 90 year old Russian church, and Internal Auditor for the Russian Orthodox Church Outside of Russia.

Dexter Peavy attended Belmont Hill School from 1971 to 1976. Dexter then went on to Union College, where they obtained a BS in Economics & Psychology between 1976 and 2000. Finally, they earned an MBA in Finance from Babson F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business between 1989 and 1991.
