Service Delivery Manager Order to Cash at Emagia

Karan Shah has a diverse work experience in the field of order management, accounts receivable, and collections. Karan currently holds the position of Service Delivery Manager for Order to Cash at Emagia since February 2021. Prior to that, from 2017 to 2020, they worked at Glu Mobile as a Manager in Order Management, AR, and Collections.

Before joining Glu Mobile, Karan worked at V-Soft Consulting Group, Inc. as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in AR and O2C from September 2015 to February 2017. Karan began their career at Electronic Arts in 2009 as a Sr. AR/Billing Analyst, where they were responsible for account reconciliations, collections, and client billing until March 2013.

From June 2006 to March 2009, Karan worked at Dell International Service as a Collections Group Lead, overseeing B2B collections, cash applications, and domestic and international billing. During this time, they also managed a team of six members in the Cash App and Collections department.

Karan Shah has a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of Mumbai, which they obtained in 2004. Karan then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Finance and Financial Management Services from Symbiosis Distance Learning Course from 2008 to 2010. In terms of their secondary education, Karan attended Sacred Heart High School from 1997 to 1998, where they studied English and Computers as part of the SSC curriculum. Furthermore, Karan has obtained several certifications, including the Oracle Order Management Cloud 2017 Certified Implementation Specialist from Oracle in July 2020, the Scrum Master Certified (SMC) from Allianz in April 2018, and the Oracle E-Business Suite 12 Financial Management Certified Implementation Specialist: Oracle Receivables from Allianz in June 2017.
