Jim Steeves

Jim Steeves is an experienced process engineer with a robust background in photolithography and photo processing. Currently serving as a Process Engineer at eMagin Corporation since August 2010, Jim is focused on Color Filter photoresist process development and improvement. Previous roles include positions at IBM Research Yorktown Heights and NXP, where responsibilities included managing photolithography processes and working with various photoequipment. Jim also held management roles at MiCRUS/Philips Semiconductors, overseeing 16 engineering staff and implementing manufacturing methods. Jim's career began at IBM Corporation, where advancement occurred from Junior Engineer to Process Engineering Manager. Jim holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from Northeastern University.
